My name is Jenny and I am excited to share my artwork with you! I have my MFA from the California College of the Arts and my BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a focus in painting and drawing. I have an enormous love for color and nature. I love painting with oils and adding just a bit of mix media to most of my art works. I have exhibited my artwork in New York, California, Ohio, Florida, and the Carolinas.

I am a mother of two children and also a bonus mother of two more. I live with my loving husband, 4 kiddos and two cats in Charlotte, NC.

I make sure to find time to make art weekly in my busy life. I am currently searching for a new theme for my next upcoming body of work. In the mean time I have been painting and drawing simple images from nature. I also tutor art classes and teach artwork shops from my home.

I teach mostly 2D artwork such as oil painting, watercolor, acrylic painting, printmaking, drawing, and mix media. I tend to teach a lot of foundation work first and introduce and teach in depth how to use specific mediums. Once the student has a good understating of the medium and technique, we then explore different themes that might inspire and challenge the art making process.
